Refund & Exchange Policy

At KD Reed Accessories, we want you to love your jewelry! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns & Exchanges

• You may return or exchange items within 14 days of the purchase date.
• To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, and in the original packaging.

Refunds

• If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or there is an error on our part.

Damaged or Defective Items

• If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. We will cover the return shipping in this case.

How to Return or Exchange

2. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
3. Carefully pack your item and ship it back to us. You will receive a refund or exchange once we have received the returned item and inspected its condition.
